Windows 2003 Server hosting with IIS6 and Windows SharePoint Services version 3.0 running on SQL Server 2005 intranet/extranet system for organizations, teams, projects, committees, etc. No web site design necessary - team members can do everything with their Internet Explorer web browser. More extensive design changes can be made with Microsoft SharePoint Designer.

50 users and 1 gigabyte of storage is included. Additional users are 20 cents each (50 more users is only $10 more per month.) The intranet site can be restricted for viewing/contributing by only those with userids/passwords, or it can be open to the public for viewing and restricted for contributing. To contribute content a userid/password is required. 17 sub sites can be created, for committees, teams, projects, etc. which are standalone intranet/extranet sub sites of their own, serving various functions, located in subdirectories of the main Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 site. The sub sites can have their own set of users or can include all users, and they can be password protected or open to the public.

The SharePoint Services site can also be used as a standard web site, using it's browser based content management features and canned template designs for a professional looking web site that anyone can create. SharePoint Services is designed however with joint author/member collaboration in mind - an intranet/extranet system where members can be located in different geographic locations - working out of their home in their spare time as volunteers, or working in the same or separate offices as staff members.

We offer a standard Windows Server or Red Hat Enterprise Linux web hosting plan at no additional charge, if you would like to transfer your company's main web site to our servers, with or without email account services. This means if you are paying $19 per month for your company's main web site and email hosting, your net cost of adding a SharePoint Services 3.0 site will be zero!

We have included the 23 site templates that Microsoft has offered to the public for use with SharePoint Services 3.0 sites, 11 across the top menu and 12 across the left menu, each also demonstrating a different color scheme / design "skin." These 23 site templates can be used to add functionality to your SharePoint site as sub sites included with your SharePoint hosting account.
